&lt;p&gt;Ah well…its very interesting and very useful.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some explanation:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;!# – means the current command (similar to !! being the last command)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;$ – represents the last parameter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;:s – is used for substitution.&lt;/p&gt;
